William Kyle Parker

October 17, 1996 ~ March 31, 2020

William Kyle Parker, 23, passed away on March 31, 2020. A native of Johnston County, Kyle was born in Smithfield on October 17, 1996, to Karen Marie Williams. He was a 2015 graduate of West Johnston High School. Kyle enjoyed many activities that included cooking, playing a round of golf, fishing, shooting pool, gaming, rooting on the Wolfpack and the Patriots, hanging out with friends, and he loved to spend time with his dog, Brock…his “Bubbas”. More than anything Kyle had a heart bigger than this world and he loved his family endlessly. He will be deeply missed.
Kyle’s memory will forever be cherished by his mother, Karen Marie Williams (partner, Ronnie); sisters, Rylee Marie Barefoot, Caroline Barefoot Lewis, and Summer Barefoot; grandmother, Debby Foster (Register) Adams (husband, Danny) and grandfather, Donald Williams; aunts, Michelle Williams Smith and April Williams Hogg (husband, Jason); uncle, Don Williams; great-aunt, Elizabeth Foster Pitts (husband, Randy); “Papa” Ricky Gilbert (wife, Kristie); many cousins, nieces, and nephews…and by his faithful dog, Brock. Kyle was preceded in death by his loving great- grandmothers, Betty “Ma” Sowers and Frances “MeMa” Williams.
A private service to honor Kyle was held by his immediate family due to the current restrictions on the gathering of large groups. There will be a celebration of his life at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, please honor his memory by donating to the Kyle Parker Memorial Fund through GoFundMe.
Arrangements by Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
