  1. Sheri Allen Kotlas

Please accept my sincerest condolences. I had the honor and pleasure of working with Jimmy early in my career. He was a kind gentleman of few words, until you got to know him, and then he was pleased to share his love of family and friends. His work ethic and dedication to serve were great examples for those who worked with him. I will never forget the kind man from whom Iearned so much. God Bless.

  2. Jim Byrd

We are so sorry for your loss. We are thinking and praying for the whole family! Jim will be missed! I enjoyed talking with him everytime I saw him for so many years! Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you guys!

Jimmy was a “go to” guy when legal issues arose in day to day activities at DOR. I enjoyed working with him and we had a close relationship at our quarterly retiree meetings for several years. God bless the family with strength, peace and comfort during this time of loss.
