I have so many memories of Doris and all of them are good. She was one of a kind and Angier was a better place to live because of her. I can still hear her say “Now Judy”…. She was a sweet sweet lady. Rest in peace Mama Doris. We will miss you!

  5. Peggy Williford

I am so sorry. I loved Doris. many years ago she and I kept the nursery in the ” old” Kennebec Church. I have so many wonderful memories of her. She was always helpful to me when I made & sold dish gardens. She was a beautiful lady inside & out. Her wonderful ways will live on in her two lovely daughters, JoAnn and Virginia. I know you miss her but she was the greatest role model for y’all and everyone else. Love & prayers for the family.
