  1. Elona Duell

Mr Carter was always such a gentleman each time I would see him over the past 20 years. He was so positive and genuine and exuded the light of the Lord.

  2. Heidi Balben

    RC, Barbara, Sis and Ty
I am so sorry you lost your Dad. I only met him a few times. He was such a beautiful soul.
It is so hard to lose someone you love. Just try to think of him in heaven dancing with all the angels. Twirling them around. For some reason that’s what I see him doing.
I pray you find peace as you go through this healing process. As we all know, we only get peace from one place, our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Hugs
    Heidi and Larry Balben

  3. Karen Poe

We thought Dave Carter was one of the finest men we ever knew. We were thrilled to have him as our friend and delighted that he was such a special person to our aunt, Carolyn Mehlich. We enjoyed discussing God’s word with Dave because he was truly a learned Bible scholar. We will greatly miss Dave and our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
Love in Christ, David and Karen Poe (Nephew and niece of Carolyn Mehlich)

  4. Lisa

Deepest sympathy to the Carter family.
David was so kind n helpful to Ted n I when we had no one to help us in Texas, he trusted n had faith. Something I never forgot.
    God Bless

  5. Earl and Judy Hailey

Randy(Barbara) Carter, Sharon (Ty) Earnhardt Faye Foreman, and Caroline
Sending our deepest sympathy from Texas, where David (Mr. Carter) coached three of our four boys in Little League Baseball. He could have written a book on some of the stories in baseball in Jacinto City, Texas a small surbuban town east of Houston. Where he was known as a special, caring baseball coach. Two of three years Earl helped him coach they won sportsmanship award as well as some championships. Our sincere regrets that we our unable to attend his homegoing service due to the uncertainties and miles. I can see Jesus and Lillian welcoming him home and almost on her earthly birthday!β™₯οΈπŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»β™₯️
