| GARNER—Peggy Wall Young, 76, passed away Sunday at her home. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Lorenzo Wall and Celia Hinnant Wall.
Funeral service will be 3:00 PM Wednesday at Garner Advent Christian Church with burial following in Montlawn Memorial Park.
Survivors include daughters, Shelia Y. Lowry and husband, Richard of Garner, Vicky Y. Johnson and husband, Scott of Goldsboro and Cathy Y. Sumner and husband, Scott of Willow Spring; son, Owen David Young, Jr. of Garner; grandchildren, Brittany and Blake Lowry, Taylor and Savannah Johnson, Ashley and Mason Young and Logan and Jordan Sumner; sister, Myrtle Williams and husband, Dave of Newport News, VA and Matrice Honeycutt of Wendell; brother, Lewis Wall of Knightdale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Owen David “Puppy” Young, Sr., as well as five sisters and six brothers.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00–8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
